• All tour reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment is received.

• You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically capable of participating in the selected tour and that you meet all necessary health and safety requirements.

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate personal details during booking, including contact information and any relevant health or dietary needs.

Tour Changes and Cancellations

• Tourism Leaf reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any tour due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, or insufficient participant numbers.

• If a tour is cancelled by us, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.

• You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to the tour and receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time may not be eligible for a refund.

Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, trip cancellations, and loss or theft of belongings.

• Tourism Leaf does not accept liability for any incident, injury, loss, or damage not directly caused by the company’s negligence.

Safety and Conduct

• All participants must follow the instructions provided by our licensed tour guides.

• Tourism Leaf reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any individual from a tour if their behavior is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive to others.
